Bathurst Metals Announces High Grade Copper Assay Results From Summer Sampling Program on 100% owned Gela Lake Project Area, Nunavut

Vancouver, British Columbia (December 16, 2021) – Bathurst Metals Corp. (TSXV: BMV, OTC: BMVVF) (“Bathurst” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from 10 rock, grab samples collected where a Monzogabbro, Proterozoic Age, body intruded the regional Bathurst Fault, Nunavut, Canada, Figure # 1. The Gela Lake Project area covers 3,116.39 Hectares and overlies known copper, cobalt and gold mineralization. Fieldwork during August 2021 focused on only the south-central portion of the project area along both the eastern and western flanks of the monzogabbro intrusive in contact with Archean Metasediments and Volcanics.

Bathurst Metals Announces Completion of Financing and DTC Eligibility

Vancouver, British Columbia (December 7, 2021) – Bathurst Metals Corp. (TSXV: BMV) (OTC:BMVVF) (“Bathurst” or the “Company”) announces it has closed the second tranche of its previously announced private placement by the issuance of 2,500,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000.00 (the “Offering”). Each Unit is comprised of one (1) common share and one (1) common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.15 for one year from closing of the Offering.

Bathurst Engages Consultant for Brand Awareness and Social Media Services

Vancouver, British Columbia (July 27, 2021) – Bathurst Metal Corp. (TSXV: BMV) (“Bathurst” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the engagement of North Equities Corp. (“North Equities”) to assist the Company in establishing an improved program of social media growth and brand awareness, with the goal of organically creating traction for the company and increasing social media engagement. The engagement is for a six (6) month term, provided that either party may, at any time, terminate the engagement by providing the other party with at least seven (7) days’ written notice.
